4. How We Use Your Photos

Photos you upload are used solely to generate the coloring pages in your personalized book. Specifically:

• Your photos are processed through the ChatGPT image generation API (OpenAI) to convert them into coloring-page-style line art.
• Your photos are not used to train any AI model.
• Your photos are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.
• We do not share, sell, or license your photos to any third party beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order.

Please do not upload photos containing sensitive content unrelated to your personalized coloring book.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
• OpenAI (ChatGPT API): image processing for coloring page generation. Photos sent to OpenAI via API are subject to OpenAI's API data usage policy, which does not use API inputs to train models.
• Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We do not monitor your browsing behavior across other sites.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days of order fulfillment. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
